Print-on-Demand Products
Our print-on-demand products (such as apparel, accessories, and custom printed items) are made to order especially for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.
To request a replacement or refund for a defective print-on-demand item, please email us at skye0912@163.com with your order number and photos.
Other Products
For products fulfilled by our other suppliers, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse.
How to initiate a return:
- Email us at skye0912@163.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
